Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
As our products are custom printed, we can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you receive defective merchandise, please submit a claim by email following the instructions below.
Defective Merchandise
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. To submit a claim, please share your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email, your receipt, a detailed description of the problem, and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you and reship the product.
Undelivered or Unclaimed Goods
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the production facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
