Sensational Seafood Fondue

NOTE: Must be prepared a day ahead.
- 5 8-oz. packages cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 5-10 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup dry Vermouth
- 1 pound cooked, cleaned shrimp, chopped
- 1 pound crab meat
Melt cream cheese and add all other ingredients except for seafood. Remove from heat. Stir in shrimp and crabmeat. Refrigerate 24 hours. Reheat and serve in a fondue pot or chafing dish with French bread, toast rounds or crackers.

NOTE: A half batch made more than enough to fill the ceramic dish in my fondue pot. A full recipe would make a lot – think it would fill an entire 9 by 13 chafing dish. Sprinkle paprika on top or add a few whole shrimp for decor!

Happy New Year to you all! Thanks so much for the support you have given me throughout 2018 – it means more than you will ever know. With love,
